Nice to meet you ☻
Bienvenidos, y mucho gusto en conocerle

Biracial, transfeminine & trilingual, I possess multidisciplinary expertise and strive to engender sustainable, equitable outcomes for diverse populations. My experiences + passions lie in the areas of health advocacy, applied social research, and equity & justice.

Brief Self-Intro

I'm an applied social science researcher, integrative health coach, equity + justice advocate, and multidisciplinary artist based in New Jersey.

I currently work @ Rutgers University's
Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness
as Research & Communications Coordinator,
managing the Center's research endeavors, ADHD service programs, and communications projects.

I avidly support the intersectional tenants of social justice, decolonization, anti-racism, radical self-care, sustainability, and collective liberation.

I hold degrees in psychology (BA Honors, Georgetown University), sustainable tourism management (MSc, European Master in Tourism Management), and integrative health coaching (Certificate, Duke Integrative Medicine) with 10+ years experience in the fields of applied research, advocacy, and education.

Born in DC and raised in Greece, Japan & New York, I've had the privilege of working/studying in 8 countries and traveling to 50+ on 5 continents, inspiring a lifelong passion for internationalism and global development.

I'm a proud member of the Japanese, LGBTQIA2S+, neurodiverse, and Buddhist communities.

I look forward to connecting with you! 😊
